Tom Bliss is a former Proffessional Rugby player for London Wasps & USA whose passion for health, fitness & performance led him to embark on a journey into personal training.
His fericious work ethic and stand out qualities quickly earned the respect of others in the industry, enabling him to deliver bespoke 1:1 sessions to an ever growing client base in central London and can often be found putting clients through their paces at newly opened luxury training facility WE11.
Since starting out Tom has been published in Men's Health magazine numerous times, worked with brands such as Under Armour, Nike, Bjorn Borg, PhD Nutrition & WIT Training and has more recently launched an online programming platform called Method Fitness.
