Time to power up your hump day with the help of two incredible trainers from ROWBOTS - Emily Furey and Pelé Zachariah. If you haven't heard of ROWBOTS before - it's a boutique fitness studio in London that offers a complete workout for the body and mind, and has been described as "kickstarting a fitness revolution".
With a team of world-class trainers with a goal to provide members with results-orientated workouts, it's changing the fitness game. Their programmes combine using water rowers with strength and conditioning exercises on the floor, and Emily and Pele will be guiding you through a bodyweight HIIT workout designed especially for HIIT Kitchen. No equipment required.

What Sort of Workout: It'll be a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout once again, that doesn't require any equipment, just your bodyweight.
Who's Leading It:
1) Emily Furey
Emily is an ex-dancer turned fitness professional, with a strong focus on building strength and endurance in her classes. She's a qualified personal trainer who is known for her hard-working no-nonsense approach to training, as well as her banging playlists and infectious energy. She trains at ROWBOTS, as well as doing home workouts on her Instagram page.
2) Pelé Zachariah
Pelé is Head Trainer at ROWBOTS and also an ambassador for Nike Training. He comes from a semi-pro footballing background, and is passionate about fitness, with his favourite areas being rowing, and Thai boxing. He's also proudly a plant-based athlete.
