When: Wednesday 6th May @ 9am.
How Long: 45-minutes
Where: Make sure you're following us on Instagram, and tune in to our Instagram Live feed.
What Sort of Workout: The workout will be a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout with some mobility movement towards the end.
Who's Leading It:
1) Tom Bliss
Tom is an ex pro rugby player (London Wasps & USA) and has gained respect across the health and fitness industry for his bespoke 1:1 personal training, and online training platform - Method Fitness.
2) Charlie Marchon
Charlie is Assistant Head Coach and co-founder of Marchon Athletic. He has a wealth of experience as an athlete and currently uses the online platform to train people remotely.
