Orders and delivery

When do you deliver?

HIIT Kitchen delivers freshly prepared meals on Monday and Thursday morning Nationwide throughout the UK. This could be to your home, work or a location of your choice.

How do you deliver?

Deliveries are made using our fleet of temperature controlled vans or through our close collaboration with DPD. If your delivery is made via DPD then your meals will be packed using a temperature controlled box to ensure freshness.

Can I change my delivery days?

At present this is not a service that we offer and deliveries are fixed on Monday and Thursdays.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address then this must be done at checkout. Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes.

What happens on Bank Holidays?

If a delivery can be made using one of our temperature controlled vans then we will do so. If this is not possible then we will contact you and your order will be rolled over to the next available delivery date.

What if I am not in?

If you are not in at the time of the delivery then your delivery will be left outside the address. Unfortunately we can not re-arrange times after dispatch.

Can I get my meals delivered to my work?

Yes this is something many of our clients do.

When do I need to place my order by?

The cut off time for orders is every Thursday at 9pm for delivery the following week. This is an automatic cut off and any orders received after this time will not be processed until the week after.
