Over the last year, the chefs at HIIT have worked tirelessly on different recipes and ways of serving everyone’s favourite superfood carbohydrate (the sweet potato). The sweet potato pancake is one of the recipes we’re most proud of. When served with fresh Greek yoghurt, honey and pureed berries, it’s an (almost) guilt free, protein packed treat best enjoyed for breakfast.
