Our locally sourced Teriyaki salmon sits on a vibrantly spiced brown rice alongside our own house made kimchi. We make it using the outer leaves of the cauliflower to, carefully prepared by hand to ensure nothing goes to waste. A thrifty and delicious use of something that is usually thrown away!
